Since my pages are 8 x 8 I chose to use patterned paper on both sides of my picture instead of one as the sketch shows. I kept the number embellishment in the same spot and used stickers to create the look of a ribbon. There are so many wonderful journaling stickers that manufacturers create so it can be easy to find the perfect one to match your page without having to create your own!
